The period of time that the home was listed was a difficult market for sellers. We received several offers that were well below market/asking price. We discussed each one and passed. Eventually, an offer was received, that while still less than market/asking price, was getting considerably closer. Again, we discussed the issues. Due to the time of year (Thanksgiving), the chances of the market staying quiet until Spring were a real possibility. Combining this with my monthly carrying costs for insurance, electricity, lawn care, I accepted the offer. I found that while working with Judy, she was professional, competent, and knowledgeable.
